Shipping & Delivery

A: We offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders, partnered with reliable carriers like DHL, FedEx, Aramex, and local partners.

Delivery is in two phases: Processing Time: It takes our team 2 to 3 business days to prepare, package, and dispatch your order Shipping Time: Once dispatched, standard shipping usually takes between 7 to 14 business days.

A: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships, allowing you to monitor its journey.

Note: Currently, we only offer the free standard shipping option and do not provide an express shipping service.

Returns & Refunds

A: We offer a fully flexible return policy. You can return or exchange any item within 30 days of receipt for two main reasons: Change of Mind: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.Defective Item: If the product has a manufacturing defect, we will exchange it or issue a full refund immediately. We cover all costs associated with returns and exchanges.

A: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund process is initiated within 7 to 10 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the funds to appear in your bank account may vary depending on your bank.

Special Collections: For complex designs, we use high-grade Pure Brass, which is also meticulously gold-plated. The exact material for every item is clearly stated in the product description.

A: Yes. All of our products are designed for sensitive skin and are 100% free of Nickel, Lead, and Cadmium, which are the main irritants.

A: Our pieces are designed to withstand normal daily exposure to water (e.g., hand washing, quick showers). However, we highly recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to chlorine, saltwater, and harsh chemicals to maintain the plating’s longevity and shine.
