I JUST PLACED AN ORDER — WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
Please allow 3–7 business days for processing and production before your order ships. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note that shipping times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as holidays, weather conditions, or carrier delays. While most packages arrive on time, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Any delivery delays are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes — you may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it at no penalty.
To cancel, please email us with the subject line “CANCEL” within 24 hours.
If your order has already shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible.
I ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS — WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you’ve entered an incorrect or auto-filled address, please reply to your order confirmation email immediately with the correct information.
We can update shipping details within 24 hours of order placement. After that, changes may not be possible.
MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
We carefully package every item with extra protection. However, in rare cases (approximately 1 in 1,000 orders), damage may occur during transit.
